No experience level is required. If you’re just starting out, or an advanced lifter – my coaching can be tailored to exactly what you need now.

1-1 coaching is completely customised to what you need. You’ll also have a direct line to me to answer your questions, check your form, and ensure your progress.

Group coaching is a more affordable option to still get many of the benefits of having me as your coach, but via group based contact. You’ll have access to the group community, live workshops, and semi customised plans. 

There is no minimum commitment. If from one month to the next you decide my coaching is not for you. No hard feelings.

It’s my responsibility as your coach to deliver what you need and what you want. I should earn your commitment.

Yes. If you feel like you would benefit more from intensive 1-1 coaching, you can switch at any time.

Conversely, if you have been coaching with me 1-1 for a while, and have mastered the ropes, you can join group coaching.

Coaching is billed as an initial 8 week package. The monthly recurring subscription will begin the day after that 8 week period ends, unless cancelled. All prices are in GBP.

If you think coaching isn’t working out for you, and you don’t wish to continue with the month to month service – you can cancel anytime during the 8 week period or thereafter.

Whats more – if you purchase a coaching package and within 14 days decide it’s not a good fit for you – I’ll give you your money back, no questions asked. Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment. Refunds take 5 – 7 business days to be processed.

If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your month to month service, that change will take place at the next billing cycle. You will have full access to your previous service before that next billing cycle occurs.

Workshops are delivered live via Discord. If you are training with me in groups or 1-1, they’re all included.
